Customer Onboarding Procedure

1) Account Registration:

Users initiate the process by registering on our platform, providing the following details: 

  1. Username
  2. Full Name
  3. Education Level (e.g., 10th, 12th, Undergraduate)
  4. Email Address
  5. Bank Account and IFSC code
  6. Password

2) Email Verification:

An automated verification email is sent to the provided address. Users must verify their email to activate their account, ensuring the authenticity of the contact information.

3) Wallet Recharge:

  1. Users can securely recharge their in-app wallet by purchasing coin packs through Google Play Billing.
  2. All payments are processed using Google’s official billing system, and coins are credited automatically upon successful purchase.

4) Quiz Participation:

  1. Users can browse available quizzes announced by the admin.
  2. To participate, users register for a quiz by spending a specified number of coins. Quizzes are categorized based on type and contest name, allowing users to select based on their interests and educational level.

User Withdrawal Process

1) Earning Coins:

  1. Upon completion of a quiz, top performers are awarded coins based on merit.
  2. The admin reviews quiz results and initiates the distribution of rewards.
  3. Users receive a notification confirming the credit of winning coins to their reward wallet.

2) Withdrawal Request:

  1. Users can request a withdrawal once they have accumulated a minimum of coins.
  2. The maximum withdrawal limit is set at 40,000 coins per Day.

3) Processing Withdrawals:

  1. Withdrawal requests are processed through secure payout system.
